Neck and decollete: too often forgotten!

When it comes to the neck and décolleté, even the slightest touch can make your entire body tingle. These parts of the body are also known as Erogenous zones and are extra sensitive due to concentrations of nerve endings in these areas.

The skin on the neck and décolletage is very fragile as it produces less oil than the face, but also often receives more sun exposure so forgetting to apply SPF and neglecting to nourish it can result in premature ageing quicker than you'd imagine.

The neck is an extension of your face, so you have to treat it just as well!

To keep your neck and decolletage looking youthful or to reverse signs of aging you already have there, follow below Beauty Tips:

*CLEANSE morning and night using circular movements so you don’t stretch the skin.

*MOISTUTIZE. Apply skincare products. It’s hard to find products made specifically for the neck. So it’s okay to use facial serums and moisturizers there.

*EXFOLIATE. After cleansing two to three times a week, exfoliate your body, focusing on the neck and chest area. This is an important step in maintaining a sexy ‪décolletage‬ because it will ensure that your skin is properly prepped to absorb products most efficiently.

*PROTECT. Use SPF Creams all the time you go outside.

*MASK deliver ingredients deeper and more potently to the skin than other types of applications. Apply a mask to the neck and décolleté 2-3 times a week before going to bed.

*MASSAGE the neck and décolleté area with the right cosmetic products stimulates blood circulation, the metabolism of the skin and the connective tissues under the skin, and delays the appearance of wrinkles and reduces the depth of existing ones.

*EXERCISES for a thin and loose neck.
Place the tongue against your palate and pull it back towards the inside of your mouth. Lengthen your neck without pulling on the "strings", hold the pressure thirty seconds or so.

*EXERCISES for the décolleté.
Remember to straighten up regularly and roll your shoulders back and forth. This releases the chest and raises it.
